The company KVADOS, a.s. is a significant system integrator and European manufacturer of information systems. The key products of the group VENTUS®, myAVIS™, myCASH™, myFABER™, myWORK™, myTEAM™, myDATACENTER™, mySTOCK™ and myMACHINE™ are intended for companies operating in the production, business, distribution, servicing and logistics sector and are used by customers in the entire European region.The company vision is to actively participate in the innovative and high-quality development of the ICT market in the Czech Republic.
For the implementation of strategic development plans the management of KVADOS, a.s. has decided to switch to a process method of management and to introduce a system of integrated management including management of quality and protection of the environment and occupational health and safety.
The management of the company KVADOS, a.s., declares the policy of the QMS, EMS, OHAS in the following areas:
Customer
The management of the company KVADOS, a.s. undertakes to provide its customers with products and services at the best possible quality and the greatest possible added value. All activities of the group must carry minimal risk in relation to the environment and occupational safety. The provided products and services must comply with the requirements of the customers and other requirements applying to the product and service (legislative, legal conditions).Company KVADOS, a.s.
Headed by its management, the company KVADOS, a.s., undertakes to comply with the requirements of the standards ČSN EN ISO 9001, ČSN EN ISO 14001 and ČSN OHSAS 18001, the principles for the effective introduction and constant improvement in the effectiveness of the integrated management system and all processes influencing quality, the environment and occupational health and safety. In order to ensure ongoing development it will use its aims, target values, programmes and gained company know-how.The management of the company KVADOS, a.s. undertakes to create the necessary material, personnel and financial resources for implementing activities in the field of quality, environmental protection and ensuring of health and safety at work.

The management of the company KVADOS, a.s. undertakes to fulfil the requirements of the relevant legal regulations and other requirements which apply to the implemented activities, environmental aspects and risks of OHAS.The management of the company KVADOS, a.s. undertakes to cooperate with state bodies and local government during the improvement of the general standard of the company KVADOS, a.s. and prevention of leaks and possible consequences of accidents by using all forms of communication and sharing of experience amongst these subjects.
Supplier
The company KVADOS, a.s., gives precedence to products and deliveries from stable and verified suppliers. When selecting suppliers, it takes into account the requirements of the customer with regard to ensuring the required quality of product, environmental protection and ensuring conditions for protection of occupational health and safety.
